Architects are always in demand for their ability to bring projects to life and oversee the completion of new buildings.

1. Choose a professional architecture CV design

The blueprints architects are required to draw up and design are software-intensive. Employers will want to know that you have experience using such programs.

Additionally, you should showcase any experience conducting safety checks and communicating with suppliers, stakeholders, and even local council officers about project development and progression.

To show employers that you have the right experience, you should include detailed work experience on your CV that highlights your ability to use architecture software, adhere to safety precautions, and communicate effectively.

Architecture job outlook in 2025 — things to know

According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), architects in the UK earn an average annual salary of £44,315.
