Based on the laws of certain countries, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. We shall respond to your enquiry within the timeframe provided by law.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE PARTICULAR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
This section solely and exclusively applies to users who are California residents in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (‘CCPA’). ‘Personal information’, according to the CCPA is ‘information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.’ The California Privacy Regulations Act (CPRA), which amends the CCPA, states that ‘Sell,’ ‘selling,’ ‘sale,’ or ‘sold,’ means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer’s personal information by the business to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. Since GDPR has broadened the definition of selling, in some cases, when we share your data it may be considered a sale. The categories above do not address our handling of personal data that is subject to an exemption under Section 1798.145(c) – (f) of the CCPA.
