You don’t sign off a CV. You only need to sign off in cover letters.

End your cover letter with Yours sincerely (if you used a person’s name) or Yours faithfully (if you used Dear Sir/Madam or To Whom It May Concern) — and use a cover letter builder to ensure you have every detail set out properly.
